Watermelon & Coconut Icy Treats
Scoop contents of a Watermelon into a blender
Add 1 TBSP of Honey (for extra health benefits of course, but is optional)
Add 250 mils of Coconut Water or Coconut Milk
Blend ingrediants together until thoroughly mixed
Pour into ice cube moulds and place in your freezer
Serve as needed on hot days or as a special treat
Banana & Peanut Butter Icy Treats
Place 1 large Banana into a blender
Add 2 TBSP Peanut Butter
1 TBSP Honey for added health benefits of course, but optional
1 cup Greek Yoghurt
Blend ingrediants until thoroughly mixed
Pour into ice cube moulds and place in your freezer.
Serve as a special treat.
